I can’t believe that BLEND is already 4 years old. A four-year old “child” with the maturity of a forty year old man, experience wise that is…and the culture of a thirty year old, breezy, fresh, hip and full of energy! A unique blend if you think about it. So, how did we manage that? Hmmm…let me tell you..how we do it at BLEND.
It’s being three years since I wrote an article on how we deal with projects and requests from clients on a day-to-day basis. On the article, I explained how we use different tools to assign tasks to team members and how we collaborate as a team. As needs grow and technology advances, we need to evolve as well and find ways to adapt, improve and speed our processes to increase productivity and performance.
At BLEND our main goal is to deliver the optimum result in terms of quality and effectiveness to all our projects. To achieve that, a smooth and effective process flow must take place, regardless of the size of the project. Below I will try and explain briefly our project life cycle process and the steps of each phase.
As an agency we deal with lots of projects and requests from clients on a day-to-day basis. As a production director my main responsibility is to assign to team members their daily tasks, make sure each project is executed as planned and keep a smooth communication between departments working together on a project. In order to do that we use a few tools that help us keep everything in harmony.
