Marketers are always accountable to justify the spent on the marketing budget and attribute results to the various marketing channels. Which was not always an easy task to undertake before the internet entered our lives.
I am sure all of you came across a Google My Business (GMB) listing when searching for a business name or a service. A typical example of a GMB listing is the detailed information of a business on the right-hand side of the SERP (Search Engine Results Page), known as the Google Knowledge Graph. Another one is a listing of a business in Google maps and the one you come across more frequently, is within the results page, a listing of three businesses under a map.

For about 2 years now, I haven't made any design predictions on future trends in web design. The main reason is that personally I did not notice any drastic trends emerging. To begin with WordPress is a content management system, the most popular one, and a web development framework powered by PHP. At Blend, WordPress is one of the platforms we are using to build corporate and promotional websites. In the following paragraphs I am going to talk about my experience working with WordPress and how WordPress helped me to improve my creativity and web development skills. Moreover, I will explain the advantages of WordPress, this open source framework and how this affects our clients.
